Hadass Kantorowicz, MFT Associate

I believe that we are born with an innate desire to live a fulfilling life, love ourselves and our bodies, have rich and meaningful intimate relationships, and be surrounded by a supportive community.

Whether you are currently challenged with self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, conflict in your relationships, or other life challenges, our time together will always be a warm, safe, and collaborative space to help you make positive lasting changes in your life.

My approach to working with individuals, couples, and families is a safe and yet dynamic, expressive space to allow the exploration of the full range of emotions at your own pace. As we tune into our emotions, we discover what we most want and need in our life. We can then learn to tend to and communicate those needs to others so we may have more fulfilling relationships. Our session space also holds a supportive and empowering invitation for you if you’d like to further discuss your relationship to your body, sexuality, and desire for intimacy in your life.

As a Systems-Based therapist, I also work from a systemic lens, exploring the impact of your intimate connections, family, community, and society on your life.

Also, as a granddaughter to European Jewish immigrants who spent her childhood in Israel, I experienced a unique immigration journey which has informed my multicultural approach and fueled my desire to help others who have who have been marginalized, experienced immigration challenges, and other major life transitions. My background before becoming a Pre-Licensed Therapist also included offering women’s empowerment coaching. Currently, I continue to create an inviting and supportive space for women to strengthen self-love and amplify their presence in the world. My training and experience have also included Body-Oriented Holistic Psychotherapy, love/intimacy/sexuality and personal empowerment coaching.

In my own life, I enjoy celebrating the body-mind connection with dance, paddleboarding, meditation, time in nature, and joyful play.

I look forward to supporting you on your life’s journey!
